It is really sad that urban clap company employees can be so unprofessional and not customer friendly. This has caused me mental agony and stress because of their unruly behaviour and response.

I request you sir to kindly look into the matter and Take appropriate action on the company. I understand from reviews this company has taken lots of consumer for a ride.
