Urban Company — Inferior service - Not processing refund | |
Hello Team, I booked pest control service from Urban company in the month of Mar 2020. Within 3 weeks the issue resurfaced again and I contact Urban Company. They assured me that due to county wide lockdown due to covid-19, they will honor the service post lockdown is relaxed. I again contacted Urban company post lockdown in Aug 2020. They informed their vendor but the vendor did not turn up after calling multiple times and even Urban company tried to help but the vendor did not turn up multiple times making false commitments. I vacated my kitchen twice assuming the vendor will come but he never come up and stop answering the call. I faced lot of problem during this time as I have to manage complete balance between family and work to carry out the service. I complained to Urban company but they are not taking any action against the vendor and not refunding my money. Kindly get this request highlighted to the Urban management company?
