I am trying extremely hard to contact Urban Company by any means to tell my problem. But your system is so so much frustrating for the users. You neither provide any number for customer to interact with a human customer associate nor you provide any chat option to write directly to a human rep of your company. What the hell do you think of your customers ? Do you think they don't know what kind of tactics is this ? Do you think they don't know that you don't want to indulge your company in solving customer's problems ? Don't you think that this will only harm your company's reputation ?

Subject: Reminder no. 4 : Installation Professional denied the service

My Native RO (M2) (ordered by me on the Urban Company app) from registered number-[protected] ([protected]@gmail.com) was delivered to me yesterday (25 Jun 25) and the installation service is scheduled for tommorow (27 Jun 25). Today (26 Jun 25) I called the installation professional (Mr. Harish) for the confirmation. But he said that he is not working with the Urban Company anymore. He further said that he is informing the company about the same since two months, but still company is assigning his name as installation professional and ultimately the customer is suffering. Kindly do the needful in this regard and assign a different technician/ profession for the installation.
