I got my Samsung LET 40'' TV motherboard repaired. The Urban company technician took the TV to his workshop and delivered back after 5 days. However, the issue cane back. I again raised a revisit from the technician and he again took the TV to his workshop. This time he delivered back the TV after 12 days. However, immediately after the repair, a new issue of backlight started to appear and the TV screen becomes black. Urban company is asking more money now for repair of this issue. It is an issue of completely mishandling by the technician and Urban company should take responsibility of this issue.
