[Resolved] Urban Company — Item damaged while doing the service | |
I got a call from three people and I explained the case. When discussing with the second person, he included the professional into conference call and he accepted the mistake. And the caller mentioned that he will make a call again. Around one hour later, I got a call from one more person and ask me to explain the scenario. Finally he said, he will make a call again after checking the mail posted by me. I think he didn't read till now. I haven't received the final update yet but asking the rating.
