Urban Company — Its about my washing machine display taken by them for repair

Its been a week uc executive has taken an advance amount of 1500 from us and taken our washing machine display part to get it repair but no response from their side since a week just they are diverting service one to two and two to three...and not resolving even the person is not picking up our call since 3 days.i want to complaint against them about this issue.
