I've booked a deep kitchen cleaning service, scheduled at 3 pm today (27th December 2021). Once the professional arrived, he simply mentioned that he won't be able to do the service and left. After that when I raise the concern through UC app, I didn't get any call back from them. However, I got a call from the bookings department regarding cancellation of my booking. Later I got an SMS on my WhatsApp that the booking has been cancelled citing that I'm unreachable despite several attempts from the company. This is an utter lie, as I didn't receive any call. In fact, I entered two instances of feedback in the UC app seeking customer care support, which is still open.
I'm okay if a professional refuses to do a service, but I'm greatly disappointed by the following events once the professional left. I was expecting a different professional as the service I booked is essential for me. Due to deep cleaning, I've taken out every utensil and other stuff from the kitchen to keep it free for the professional. But I am at a fix now. I need some immediate action regarding this complaint of mine.
