[Resolved]  Urban Company — Kitchen cleaning services

I have lodged several complaints about this issue and uploaded photos too. One technician Tamilselvan from UC came to do kitchen cleaning services and spoilt my entire kitchen floor by using some chemicals. I have been reaching out to UC customer care several times. One Mr Utkarsh from UC is coordinating with me for the issue but no response for the last two days. I am already in distress as UC has spoilt my kitchen flooring and very highly frustrating with UC’s unresponiveness to resolve the issue. Have reached out several times to the help centre requesting call back. I have repeatedly explained this issue to a number o[censored]C help centre staff but to no avail. I demand a senior rep o[censored]C to get in touch with me and resolve the issue for me at the earliest. I feel extremely let down by UC-lack of quality work, damage to my property, lack of client responsiveness
