Given my Samsung 55" LED TV for sound issues and paid Rs. 5000 for it. TV was returned but started having power issues with one hour, The Egg took the TV back with a promise to return next day, but it's been 10 Days and is not repotting to messages or calls. The company has been promising that it will be resolved with next 24 hours for last one week but no progress. I believe the TV has been stolen by their engg. Need to have strong actions taken against companies to ensure standards.
