This is Preety jain from bangalore. I had a booking for television repair on 19th october. The assigned technician was not certified and took my television to his shop due to the urban company call center team assurance. He was not skilled enough to repair the television and had to call his senior to resolve the same without informing the urban company team. It is more than a month and my television is still not resolved. The urban company team is just trying to buy time and not resolving the issue.
