[Resolved] Urban Company — Local quality filters were fitted in water purifier

I have taken water purifier service on 12th May. UC technician came and fitted local filters instead o[censored]C filters. And then we started getting carbonparticles in water purifier. By the time I made a complaint, 2 months were over and their so called warranty expired. Now when I called another UC person after 2 months, he told me what the previous person did.
