The mattress after clean has been damaged and we have shown this to the service representative during his revisit on June 5th 2022 in the location within Bengaluru 560078. They didn't take images of before and after service. They were in a hurry in completing the service and very careless and tried to finish the work in 10 minutes. The mattress is brand new around 2 years old and the service guy accepted the mistake and tried to negotiate with us for waiving of service charge and offered to stitch the damaged portion of the bed for free as a temporary workaround. But we are not happy with this as the mattress cost is around 13-14 thousand rupees and we are now worried that stitching will make the mattress worse . Could you escalate this issue to higher management and we are not totally happy with this type of service and it’s not acceptable. We need a claim for this mattress damage.
We are not getting any calls though we submitted the call back on the Urban company portal many times. and the complaint that we raised was closed within 15 minutes without talking to us. Please give us a call back, For more details we have also sent email to urban company email address.
