[Resolved]  Urban Company — Misguided service - Used parts were fitted in repair while fixing the washing machine

I had booked service to repair the broken washing machine on 30 Jan 2022. The professional who visited has fitted a used part to fix the issue and I am asked to pay the full amount of a new part. I have already raised a complaint for this and no resolution even after providing all the photo proofs and explanations. I am tired of these guys making me run around.
