On Monday 11th October 2021, I booked a Split AC regular Service for my LG AC which was working fine without a single issue. A Technician named Ramsajeevan Sharma visited my home and performed the job. Immediately after his service, Water started leaking from my Indoor AC hence I raised a revisit request. Same technician i.e. Ramsajeevan visited my place on the same day and tried to resolve the issue however water leakage was not stopped hence I raised a request for SME.
On 12th October 2021, Another technician named Mohd Shakeel Shaikh visited my place to check the water leakage issue. After his service, Now my AC stopped cooling all together. I believe he completely damaged my AC unit which is worth 48K and was working fine for the last 4 years.
I tried to call Mohd Shakeel Shaikh, however he told me to call Urban as it now involves additional charges of repair. Not only did he intentionally damage my AC and now he is not ready to solve the problem which he only created. Instead of stopping water leakage, he performed some tasks due to which AC cooling stopped completely and he charged Urban 1099 rupees for this faulty service.
Please repair my AC Unit as early as possible and also take strict action against such technician who damages customers AC. I tried to reach Urban company on twitter, facebook and Android app however not getting any calls also no one is ready to help. Was this information helpful? |
