Urban Company — My new under warranty Ac was damaged by urban company technician, not left it in running conditions.

On april 17th I availed Ac jet foam servicing for my ac from urban company, after two hours post service ac stopped working. Complaint registered and it was addressed on date april 22, by another technician which was appointed and later concluded that the ac outdoor unit pcb was damaged, urban company provided replacement of the pcb with the new on, on 5th of may urban company installed new pcb without providing bill or any proof for the originality of the product which was installed. After replacement of pcb ac was not working properly as it was working from the date of purchase of the ac. After complaining performance drop and noisy performance urban company assigned a technician and he visited on 8th of may on examination for upto 1.30hrs he concluded that the ac performance has been dropped and not cooling properly in front of my parents & also assured that he will inform this to the higher authority. Again complaint registered with urban company, again a new technician assigned he visited on 9th of may and he brought a helper with him, the helper was underage below 18 years, he examined everything with 15 minutes and left the home without closing the complaint and not providing proper assistance, while he was leaving I requested him to wait for another 30 minutes (as 8th may technician concluded everything after a minimum performance observation of 1 hour) Without any reply the technician left the home and on 9th may later evening an unusual and abnormal sound started from indoor unit, to avoid further damage i turned off the ac and which is turned off since 9th may and not left in working condition also.

It was under warranty product, but availing the ac service from urban company the Daikin company lapsed my remaining 3.5 years remaining warranty on both indoor and outdoor unit pcb.

From 17th April to till 13th may no assurance has been provided by the urban company . And only 1 reply i am getting from their team [ Working on your issue.]

I demand a new ac as it was damaged by urban company negligence.
