[Resolved]  Urban Company — My Samsung AC is damage by the technician

I book a service for licking in my AC on[protected] and the technician came on[protected] at around 7:30 PM the technician unmounted the AC to check the problem but can't mount it back and left my place saying he can't do it by himself and need a helper will come back tomorrow and will fix this but after leaving he canceled my booking. I raised a complaint immediately for a revisit and repair my AC that was damaged by the technician. On[protected] they call me and said they can't send the technician due to an accident then I requested them to provide me another technician because my AC is hanging on A single rack and could befall anytime but they are refusing and saying they don't have any technician available and asking me to cancel the booking and order a new one and they closed my complaint several time without solving my problem.
I request take strict action against the URBAN Company for the breach commitment.
