Hi, I booked Apartment 3bhk platinum Deep Cleaning despite the surcharges during festival season and 3 people came to my house to clean at 12pm while I booked the appointment for 11am.
My complaint is that my flat is not completely cleaned. All they did was the kitchen, a little bit of the 2 washroom and 2 small balconies. They promised they would come tomorrow and that never came. I called their supervisor with the number I got from one of those people and he promised he would come a week later. Still nobody came.
I reported and submitted my request to urban company app and over the phone to customer care, and they said they are sorry about it and would look into it and get back to me. But again it had been 4 -5 days and no reply, I tried calling them, submitting more requests but no replies and no callbacks.
I am really frustrated now, and tired of going through all of this process. Please advice what I can do about it Was this information helpful? |
