[Resolved] Urban Company — non compliance of service and carpenter not assigned part money refund | |
I have booked carpenter services for 1st august and paid advance charges of rs. 694/-. Urban company gave me a call in the evening, telling inability to provide carpenter. The service was cancelled against non performance. Today (4/8/20), i have got a refund message of rs. 445/-. Why the entire mount has not been refunded? Pl. Arrange full refund.
