I had opted for urbanclap one year subscription and repairs of my ac water leakage problem. I received a call also from your representative but couldn't take the call, hence i called back on the number just to discover unprofessional approach of the lady and the gentleman attending the call. I received a sms mentioning rs. 499/- being refunded in a week time. May i request you to send the entire amount i. E.
