1. I reported an issue on 15th march 2020 for a washing machine repair. The technician came and replaced a part (Pressure sensor) and said it is fine now. The machine worked for a few days and started giving the same error message as before. I paid ₹750 for pressure sensor + ₹249 labor cost + ₹20 protection plan + ₹299 for membership = ₹1318/-.
2. No help could be provided as there was a lockdown situation because of covid-19. I waited till they could resume their services.
3. On 5th may 2020, the technician visited again, and this time claimed that the problem is new and it is the electronic panel that is faulty. So will not be covered under the 90 day protection plan. He took the panel for repair and returned the next day. This time i paid ₹1500 for panel repair and ₹249 for labor cost = ₹1749/-.
4. The same problem occurred again. The technician revisited. This time and he said that the problem is with the panel again. He said that the person who repaired it is not answering his phone and it will take him 2 days to get it fixed.
5. He came back after 2 days and said it should work fine now. At this point i have paid ₹3067/- and the problem is the same as day 1.
6. I then got a call from the escalation team and she suggested that i should register this as a new job so that she can assign a new technician. She credited ₹249/- for labor cost.
7. A new technician visited on 18th may 2020 and said that the panel that was repaired by the previous technician can’t be repaired and we should contact the company. He did not start the job and asked me to cancel it.
8. I have been waiting since then and requested call back several times but nobody has called back. I need my money refunded. The problem has not been resolved and i have paid for it. They promise to call back every time and nobody calls. I have email trail as well
