Urban company had completed a painting project for me, but there were quality issues in the paint. There were small bubbles that had appeared in all the walls. This was raised with them, they sent a technician who checked it and confirmed that rework is required. I have been following up with them almost everyday to schedule the rework, but they just call and promise a call back. There is never a call back, and there is nobody trying to solve my issue. I've paid a lot of money to get this done, and there is no formal escalation channel. I'm extremely frustrated and angry with the way urban company is ignoring my issue.
