[Resolved]  Urban Company — Pest control

Dear team

We had booked Pest control services on September 8th 2022.
Our second service was done in September but it was in vain. The issue was not resolved at all (red ants) and we had arranged for a revisit as well .

When revisit was arranged in October, professional Mr Vinay Jaiswal o[censored]rban company had accepted the same and when I contacted him, he replied he is in village and cant come.

So again today the same was arranged for 8.30 am (10th November 2022). We are working professionals and hence someone had to wait for him.

When i called to check at 8.15 am since I couldnt track him on app, he didnt pick the call.

Again when he didnt reach till 8.45am, I called back again but he said I dont have any booking for morning and its at 5.30 pm evening.

I said that is not our booking time as we had monring 8.30 confirmed booking and I need to complain on this, his reply was go ahead and complain.

After sometime he again called and said, he would reach by 10 am which was not possible for us as we had left for office after all this mess.

Then when I declined the same, he said go and lodge a complaint then.

Firstly, the servcies were not done properly, there are tremendous red ants on the bed as well now, entire house and we have wasted such a lot of time.All this has caused lot of mental trauma.
For revisits twice this has happened.

Does urban company treat customers this way. After that when i contacted the app and chatted with the team, they agreed for the mistake but said revisit or only 30% would be refunded.

I want full refund after all this mess since 2 months almost so that i can get it done from elsewhere..but they are only giving 60% refund now after many chats.Their supervisors dont take calls or call back or respond,

Mails also auto direct us to chats through app.

This is highly unprofessional and not appreciated.

I was this to be probed and a full refund . We cannot sit and coordinate each day on this.
