Booked for Pest control today Apr 17th 11 am.
It is highly annoying to get a last minute cancelled booking update when you are waiting at home only for this service. There is no customer care number also to reach which is so terrifying that such a big company has no customer care service, highly disgusting.
Also automatically company is rescheduling it to any rubbish timings without even discussing with customer, then why do you take our contact information if there is going to be 0 professionalism and 0 communication from the company side?
