[Resolved] Urban Company — Platinum package home cleaning | |
We booked a home cleaning package for our 2BHK on 29th Nov and this was assigned to A2Z company for service. The team which came was highly unprofessional. 1) They cleaned sofa with all purpose surface cleaner. 2) they cleaned carpet with industry grade floor cleaning machine. 3) They broke some of the items. 4) They placed wet stuff on microwave oven. 5) No sanitisation of the equipments. 6) Masks were hanging from neck. There has been multiple calls and no solution has been provided yet. On the assurance from urban company that they would provide us additional service, we paid to them. Now UC is not responding, not calling back not replying to mails. Now UC has blocked our numbers and is not responding. Was this information helpful? | |
