On 7th december 2020 we booked salon service at home (chennai, Tamil nadu) from my number [protected] . the service provider S.Saraswati has not been a reputable person. first of all she came 9:00 pm which was late but her time to arrive was at 7:30 pm .Secondly before doing the service she insisted us to give her stars and review her.After all this she ruined the service of doing eyebrows and waxing stating she was tired. half the service was only done, the other half service was promised to be done to next day.The issue faced was tremendously not forgettable.we had already paid full amount on the day of booking, Also have raised the complaint through Urban company help contact team Mr. Rajith Singh Rana, from his side he called saraswati - two to three time but that fraud had not taken the call. The amount for service is Rs.722.I want justice and the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
