[Resolved] Urban Company — Professional denies to service after visiting my home
My booking time has been shifted for a reason. I completely deny that reason because I experienced a very unprofessional / rude staff today morning. I asked for a switch board replacement and my actual requests to processes. He said that switch board replacement is an additional service which you have not booked in - need to pay extra charges. I accepted the same. Later some time he went through with the service by removing multiple switch boards & said he cannot do this & argument started for tools. Later he said you can book a new service & I cannot service you for anything.
I requested him at least do the switch replacement service as per my original booking but he rudely rejected that also & informed you can do that in your new booking, I’m not going to service your booking - in an very unprofessional way. I said I’ve paid for my original request - he even said that you can speak to the customer service for any other issues. I’m not going to do any service even for your paid booking.
I’m very much affected of this service & getting irritated depressed of this now… I took leave from my office for this electrical work and I’ve got nothing from the scheduled professional. I’m going to take this forward to the local association & registering a complaint against you…
