I booked an AC Cleaning service on April 7th 2022 which was carried out on the same day.
I recently opened the AC Top cover to clean the filters and found that the upper right corner plug in of the cover is broken. I am feeling so frustrated with the damage caused by your Company partner.
There are multiple calls that I receive at the wrong time even after informing that I am available at 5PM IST. The Urban Company Executives who call are INCOMPETENT and Keep Parroting the same policy.
If the service partner has damaged the AC and did not inform me then how will I know until and unless I open it again. Your policy mentions that any damage done by UC will be covered.
