I had booked an electrician on 15th July 2021 and paid an amount of Rs. 348 (inclusive of safety and support fee) at around 6:00 pm. I had cancelled the booking on confirmation from the electrician that he couldn't repair my APC 800 VA home UPS.
I called customer care and they had arranged another service booking on behalf of me. That too was to be cancelled on 16th July because of the inability of the electrician to repair the above mentioned appliance. When I reached out for customer service, they informed me that they will revert with the details and if received the amount will be refunded.
I later found that the amount I paid on 15th July, 2021 was not refunded. I called customer care again and was informed that the amount will be credited to my account within 5-7 days. The said amount is not refunded till date. Please find the bank statement attached for your reference.
The Urban Company is now not responding to my emails and cannot be reached over phone.
Please take necessary action and revert at the earliest.
