[Resolved] Urban Company — Refund of 1264/- as professional misbebaved with my mother and left the job incomplete

Today i had booked three bathroom cleaning of my flat via urban company app but the professional refused to do the works said by my mother and shouted at her, screamed at her and misbehaved with her and left the job incomplete so now i need the refund of my full money immediately of 1264/-

as the proffessional was a holigan and very very bad he misbahaved with my mother and shouted at her
If i dont get the refund immediately i will lodge a compliant against him and urban company
