Ac was repaired last month, i booked the ac gas leakage service on Urban company (along with additional cleaning services), it charged me 3377/-
It showed a warranty of 2-3 years for gas leakage. But within a month only it is not cooling properly. I am raising issue on the application, but automated chat is coming and closing the ticket immediately, I am unable to contact customer support . This is really not acceptable from this company. Please provide exact customer support mail or phone no. urgently

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Urban Company and its agents concerning fraudulent practices encountered during the service of my air conditioning unit. The specifics of the incident are as follows:On 10th May 2024, I reported an issue with water leakage in my air conditioner, which was otherwise functioning optimally in terms of cooling. An agent from Urban Company, Mr. Mohd Sohil, attended to the problem. Post-repair, the air conditioner was confirmed to be in working condition by Mr. Sohil, who even suggested contacting him directly for any future issues, bypassing Urban Company.However, the same night, the air conditioner ceased cooling, and water leakage resumed, accompanied by an issue with the flap. Upon contacting Mr. Sohil the next day, he asserted that the air conditioner had no refrigerant gas, a problem not previously disclosed during his initial check. He then demanded additional payment for rectification, which I declined, choosing instead to escalate the issue to Urban Company.Urban Company subsequently dispatched another technician, Mr. Mohd Nazmi, who reiterated the gas issue diagnosis. Upon my insistence that the air conditioner was functioning correctly prior to Mr. Sohil’s intervention, Mr. Nazmi conceded that such discrepancies sometimes occur and are often overlooked by the company.Following this, Urban Company arranged for a senior technician, Mr. Anas Khan, to investigate the matter. Surprisingly, Mr. Khan arrived uninformed about the specifics of the investigation, suggesting that the company’s so-called investigation was merely a formality. Mr. Khan expressed dissatisfaction with the company’s customer service practices, stating that such issues were common. During his visit, I communicated with Mr. Anuj from the audit team, who assured me of a resolution within 15 minutes. No follow-up was made, and Mr Khan eventually left, expressing his own frustration with the situation.
    Then began a series of calls with customer care agents - Deepak, Mukesh and Harshit. All of them said that the investigation confirmed that their person did not do anything wrong, and they would close the ticket. They told their senior technician did not find any fault with what the original technician did. I tried to reason that there was no way to find out; hence, the technical should have informed me about the gas issue. They acknowledged it was a mistake on the technician's part in the diagnosis, but they cannot do anything about it and will close the ticket. They left the customer who called up for a service worth Rs 612 and now will need to bear the loss of Rs. 3000.This sequence of events suggests a troubling pattern of misconduct and negligence, which Urban Company appears to overlook due to apparent incompetence.

      We have taken AC service from Urban Company on 4th April, 2024. Service has done, but after servicing, we have facing AC cooling problem approx. 5-6 minutes means 4-5 minutes AC’s cooling working and 4-5 minutes AC’s cooling not working. So, we had called Urban Company to revisit since 17th April, 2024 to 28th April, 2024 at least 3 to 4 times. Urban Company did not able to find out the actual fault, but we had called to LG Company to find out the actual fault. So, they told us PCB problem. So, we had called Urban Company to PCB problem, they told us we are not responsible for it.
      So, we are raising complaint regarding PCB problem.
      my ac was working properly before servicing but after ac servicing ac PCB damage

      Urban Company technician damaged the PCB, customer care executive said that this is not my problem, urban company SME technician have no knowledge regarding the AC repair and they have wasted my lots of time, customer care executive Lier, too, today said something, yesterday said something, and tomorrow will say something, I have all call recording that he lies and I want to take strict against his professional, all SME, customer care executive, and senior executive.

      this is not out of warranty case this is technician fault your technician damage my pcb please repair my pcb. you said that we won't be able to cater to it that not a resolution please solve this problem and your all technician and sme are well not well trained

        Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Misconduct and Damage Caused by Urban Company Technician

        Ma’am/Sir,
        I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by Urban Company for AC servicing. On April 3rd, I scheduled a service request for the servicing of three AC units at my residence. The technician assigned to the task identified gas leakage issues with all three units for 10500 INR and recommended excluding one unit from the servicing due to a damaged condenser/compressor therefore brining the cost to 6736 for two air conditioners (as provided in the photo of the bill annexed below)
        The technician also advised me to seek services from Lloyd Company and even offered to assist if they did not repair it. However, the situation took a turn for the worse when Lloyd servicemen inspected the units on May 5th. They discovered that the capillary pressure tube had been removed by the previous service technician, i.e., the Urban Company representative. This act was done with the intention of extracting more money from the servicing, as confirmed by the Lloyd servicemen.
        As a result of this unethical action by your agent, my AC unit has been disqualified from warranty services, and I am now facing a repair cost of 12000 INR. Furthermore, the Lloyd servicemen pointed out that it is highly improbable for three AC units to simultaneously develop gas leakage issues, hinting at potential fraudulence in the initial diagnosis provided by the Urban Company technician.

        Despite my attempts to seek resolution through Urban Company's customer care, I was unable to find a suitable option in the app. I resorted to contacting the Urban Company technician directly, who initially provided vague responses but eventually admitted to removing the capillary tube and failing to reattach it. The Lloyd servicemen claimed that this was done manually by bending the tube on one end and breaking the tube on the other end with heat. This negligence on the part of your representative has not only resulted in financial losses but also endangered my family's health, as revealed by the Lloyd servicemen who warned that operating the AC without the capillary tube could have led to catastrophic consequences.
        In light of these serious infractions and the significant financial and safety implications they entail, I demand the following actions from Urban Company:

        1.Full compensation for the repair cost of 12000 INR including the previous amount that is of 6736 INR incurred due to the damage caused by your technician's misconduct.

        2.Reinstatement of warranty services for the affected AC unit or provision of adequate compensation for the loss of warranty coverage.

        3.Transparent investigation and accountability for the unethical practices carried out by your representative, including appropriate disciplinary action due to misbehaviour.

        I expect Urban Company to prioritize the resolution of this matter promptly and take necessary measures to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.

        I await your immediate attention to this urgent issue and a satisfactory response outlining the steps that will be taken to address my concerns.

          My master-bedroom A/C was serviced by Urban Company on 13.03.2024 and the leakages were repaired by your Technician Anwar and leaked Gas was replenished by him.
          Last night the same A/C stopped cooling and we had a horrified niight.
          Complaint was filed and Your Technician Faizan is here today to attend the same.As per his observation, outer unit of split-ac has two leakages and the same was not opened by your earlier Technician.
          Now will you please explain as to why a retired Senior Citizen like me should bear the cost of negligence caused by your company's technicians.
          You are therefore requested to refund the entire amount for the earlier and the current ongoing service without any delay.

            Hi.

            The Plummer said he needs to go get parts. He then asked me go make the payment of 7k for the parts.

            He came home with the parts said it was faulty and that he had to go back and get another part.

            He then never returned. My flush is still not working and I have paid 7000.

              AC gas leaked by servicing guys

              I booked cleaning my split AC with Urban Clap. Today on 26th April 24 2 guys did the cleaning and before leaving they told me that gas is low in the AC and he can refill the gas in Rs 2000 and if I get gas refilled through UC it will cost me 2500/-.               Voltas Windows AC 1.5 Service done but gas leakage during service

              Sir,

              We booked service for Voltas Windows AC 1.5 on 19.04.2024. Engineer Mr. Shahrukh came and done service on 19.04.2024 but after service AC was not cooling and the engineer did not mentioned that AC gas is finished and he closed the service. After engineer came on 21.04.2024 and checked AC that AC gas is leaked.

              My complaint is that the Gas must have leaked during service on 19.04.2024 because before service...

                  Hi,

                  I have ordered AC servicing for Urban Company on 6th April at 415 am. They started with regular service and after a while one of the technician near the outdoor did something and we saw a lot of gas near the outdoor unit. And when asked the service person said it's just air to remove any bubbles in the unit like in the copper pipes and it's a regular exercise. The ac seemed to work fine and service guy was asking for 5 star rating which I gave later in the day when we were using the ac it was not cooling at all and I called one technician from my apartment to check and he told all the gas has been removed looking at the yellow marks on our outdoor unit. Since then I have been consistently calling the urban company and they are reluctant enough not to answer and to be noted this service was under warranty and I am paid premier customer o[censored]rban company

                    Installation getting postponed from last 3 days

                    I bought a native M1 purifier by Urban Company(UC) from Flipkart. UC keeps on rescheduling my installation request without my consent. I feel cheated by the company due to their bad service. I could not even reach any of their supervisors to get a resolution....

                    I had book a wall decoration installation. The representative came to my home and showed me the product and costing. Once we selected the product (Wall beautification) i was asked to pay (Half) which i did and the product was supposed to be delivered on 31st march 2024. But till today (3rd april 2024) i do not have any update and the only things they are saying is that there is a delay.
                    Yesterday i spoke to a representative who confrim that today 3 april my items will be delivered but then i got a call from shubham who said that i have requested to cancel this (Which i have not)
                    This is now becoming a torture for me and mental harassment.

                      Full Description : My split Ac was working and was cooling sufficiently...while the UC personal started working it stopped cooling after whatever he has damaged with the wires and I don't know what...now the UC partner is mentioning that he is transferring to senior...Now after reschedulling the expert came on 3rd April'24 and refused to fix my damaged Air conditioner.

                        Booked the services Complete Bathroom Cleaning, Refrigerator Cleaning,
                        Occupied Kitchen Cleaning with appliance.

                        But Occupied Kitchen Cleaning with appliance includes refrigerator cleaning. When tried to cancel Refrigerator cleaning service separately, it did not allow.

                        I am unnecessarily charged for service which is included and part of another whole service.

                          Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Urban Company regarding the substandard carpet cleaning service I recently availed from urban company. On 22 Mar 2024, I engaged Urban Company for a carpet cleaning service, believing in company's reputation for quality and professionalism. However, I am deeply disappointed to report that the service resulted in significant damage to my carpet due to the improper use of chemicals. As a result of the negligence displayed by urban company', my carpet, which holds a value of ₹45, 000 + gst, has incurred irreparable damage. Furthermore, I have sought a quotation from an independent service provider for the repair of the damaged carpet, and the estimated cost for restoration is ₹10, 500. Despite multiple attempts to seek redressal through customer care channel, I have been met with frustrating delays and unresponsiveness. The customer care executives have continuously failed to provide me with a satisfactory resolution or even a timely acknowledgment of my concerns. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Urban Company's commitment to its clients. I demand immediate compensation in the amount of ₹55, 500 + Componsation for wasting my time and my Mental Peace, which includes the cost of repairing the damaged carpet and reimbursement for its original value. Furthermore, I expect Urban Company to take prompt and decisive action to rectify the systemic issues within its customer service department to prevent similar grievances in the future. If my concerns are not addressed and adequate compensation is not provided within [timeframe of 2 business days of the receipt of this letter, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to protect my rights as a consumer. Please consider this letter as a formal notice of my intent to escalate this matter further if necessary. I trust that Urban Company will take this matter seriously and act swiftly to resolve it to my satisfaction. I look forward to receiving a prompt response from your end.

                            Washing machine repair

                            My siemens washing machine was booked for repair in the month of Oct 2023 and a professional came and repaired it stating shaft and bearing of the machine has to replaced. And the man stated stainless steel shaft is best and replaced and charged us rs.6000/- But he fitted it wrongly and the machine conked off and we complained to urban and they sent another technician who came fitted correctly but during the rinse cycle it was making heavy...
