Today i had booked three bathroom cleaning of my flat via urban company app but the professional refused to do the works said by my mother and shouted at her, screamed at her and misbehaved with her and left the job incomplete so now i need the refund of my full money immediately of 1264/-

as the proffessional was a holigan and very very bad he misbahaved with my mother and shouted at her
If i dont get the refund immediately...

I got a water heater (geyser) installed on 10 Dec, 2024. I paid a total of Rs. 858 for installation and one inlet-outlet pipe.

Payment break-up as per app and mail invoice,

Inlet Outlet pipe: Rs. 300

Had purchased a M2 water purifier a month back via Amazon and I have been trying to connect it with the urban company app but there isn't any option. Tried the help and support section in the Urban Company app and it does not list anything but just an option named "undefined". Also tried the Amazon app but the order asks to contact the manufacturer.

I purchased on Flipkart site for a urban native m2 model, this is an iOT device, but every m2 model to connect with an mobile the mobile has have 4g handset therefore I'm having a 5g mobile handset, so it won't connect through with water filter system. Flipkart saying they only can replacement but if I replace for this same model same problem will happen. I want a full refund...

I made a booking for ac services and repair, your technicain visits and took rs. 3288 from me and the ac still does not gives cooling so i claimed warranty.

Anither technicain said it can't be covered because booking is for service not for gas filling. I showed him screenshot and he asked to lodge a complain. Its been 2 days no one is answering on chat and parking chat with no response..

I had booked AC Service in the month of April'24 - Post that 10 Days AC colling was perfect, but i started facing colling issues in May '24 almost 20-25 Days after AC service done by Urban Company . So i logged my compliant for issues i was facing, Urban company arranged their technician who checked by AC and informed me that AC's PCB is not working . I booked cleaning my split AC with Urban Clap. Today on 26th April 24 2 guys did the cleaning and before leaving they told me that gas is low in the AC and he can refill the gas in Rs 2000 and if I get gas refilled through UC it will cost me 2500/-. We booked service for Voltas Windows AC 1.5 on 19.04.2024. Engineer Mr. Shahrukh came and done service on 19.04.2024 but after service AC was not cooling and the engineer did not mentioned that AC gas is finished and he closed the service. My siemens washing machine was booked for repair in the month of Oct 2023 and a professional came and repaired it stating shaft and bearing of the machine has to replaced. I have a booked a Gas stove service on 24th Feb, i have paid the charges for visit, technician was insisted to change the pipe and knobs. The price of pipe was 545 they charged which MRP was 345, i have separate charge for technician 199 and knob charges were 200 each, when I said high he reduced to 150.
When urban company change against their service why the rates are higher than MRP....

I got installed my water purifier in my new house on 31.10.2023 through Urban Company (UC). UC has sent a professional Mr. Sambegowdanadoddi Basavaraje Gowda Manjunatha, who has installed water purifier by drilling & fixing 4 screws on the walls for installation of stand, over which the water purifier has been placed.
On 19.11.2023, to my surprise, the entire water purifier including stand collapsed and the body of the water purifier...
