I had booked AC Service in the month of April'24 - Post that 10 Days AC colling was perfect, but i started facing colling issues in May '24 almost 20-25 Days after AC service done by Urban Company . So i logged my compliant for issues i was facing, Urban company arranged their technician who checked by AC and informed me that AC's PCB is not working . I booked cleaning my split AC with Urban Clap. Today on 26th April 24 2 guys did the cleaning and before leaving they told me that gas is low in the AC and he can refill the gas in Rs 2000 and if I get gas refilled through UC it will cost me 2500/-. We booked service for Voltas Windows AC 1.5 on 19.04.2024. Engineer Mr. Shahrukh came and done service on 19.04.2024 but after service AC was not cooling and the engineer did not mentioned that AC gas is finished and he closed the service. After engineer came on 21.04.2024 and checked AC that AC gas is leaked.

I bought a native M1 purifier by Urban Company(UC) from Flipkart. UC keeps on rescheduling my installation request without my consent. I feel cheated by the company due to their bad service. I could not even reach any of their supervisors to get a resolution....

My siemens washing machine was booked for repair in the month of Oct 2023 and a professional came and repaired it stating shaft and bearing of the machine has to replaced. I have a booked a Gas stove service on 24th Feb, i have paid the charges for visit, technician was insisted to change the pipe and knobs. The price of pipe was 545 they charged which MRP was 345, i have separate charge for technician 199 and knob charges were 200 each, when I said high he reduced to 150.
When urban company change against their service why the rates are higher than MRP....

I got installed my water purifier in my new house on 31.10.2023 through Urban Company (UC). UC has sent a professional Mr. Sambegowdanadoddi Basavaraje Gowda Manjunatha, who has installed water purifier by drilling & fixing 4 screws on the walls for installation of stand, over which the water purifier has been placed.
On 19.11.2023, to my surprise, the entire water purifier including stand collapsed and the body of the water purifier...

I took the pest control service from urban company and it claims warranty for three months. Now that I have taken the service and paid them they say warranty here means one visit. This isn't mentioned in the app nor was I mentioned this while booking....

I booked ac service, technician Nadeem got assigned along with one assistant. He came and started opening ac while it was running. I asked him no to do that as my ac is working fine. He forced me to fill gas and told me that leakage is normal. After he left my ac is not cooling like before and ice falling from it.

Booked deep clean service for air conditioner. Technician visited one June 18 and he included deep clean and uninstall. He uninstalled indoor unit and did deep clean.
