I had made a payment of Rs.568/- to Urban Company on 7th Jan, 2024 for plumbing services. I received a call from a plumber from Uban Company saying he is in Marathalli and could not come to CV Raman Nagar. I reached out to Urban Company a bot answered and would not give me the contact number of a human. Later I received a message from Urban Company saying my refund would be transferred to my account within 3 -4 days.
