Urban Company — Gold chain with pendant stolen

A professional came on Monday 16th July to provide salon service and took the gold chain and pendant with her. She is a strong suspect as she knew where the chain was and cleaned the room. Urban company has done nothing to help and has given no resolution. They are not replying on chat and are not even calling. There is no number to call them. They have no provided the professionals details even on asking many times.
