[Resolved] Urban Company — Repair of AC under warranty not being done
I had paid for a deep AC service via Urban clap with Service professional " Mr. Dhilip" had come and attended the service. After he had done the service, within a week time the AC had started malfunctioning.
As the AC is under warranty provided by Urban clap I had applied for the service warranty to rectify the issue. The same professional had come last saturday 18th june and observed that there is a gas leak which was causing the malfunctioning. He told me that he has approached urban clap to process his repair for which the approval is yet to be provided.

He is complaining that urban clap is yet to provide him the reimbursement for the last repair work he has done and he is not ready to do the repair until urban clap provides jim the payment approval. For the past 3 days I have been trying urban clap on this and till now the issue is not resolved.Yesterday your complaint cell had told me that the issue will be resolved by today but still no action has been taken.
Why should a customer suffer due to lapse in the internal system issues at urban clap and their listed professional ?
