[Resolved]  Urban Company — Replacement of Broken part of my AC under warranty

This is to bring to your notice that I had booked servicing of my Four Acs ( 1 Split & 3 Window ) on Urban company app for 27/3/2022 & Technician named Jitender was assigned the call of servicing my 4 no. Acs . Mr Jitender along with a helper arrived at my house on 27/3/2022 at around 1.0 PM but he was in a lot of hurry to finish the servicing of my 4 no window ACs so that he can attend other calls . I had booked a deep cleaning with foam in all my four ACs but the foam can of Technician Jitender was empty . He was in such a hurry that even the outer unit of my split AC was washed by his helper in his place. Due to his negligence, hurry & manhandling of my ACs Mr Jitender broke the outer cover of my Two window ACs which was brought to his notice and he accepted his mistake and due to my complaint on urban company app he agreed to replace the broken part but he eventually said that he is not able to find the broken part in market.
After lodging my complain again and claiming warranty on Urban Company App, SME Mohammad Sohrab was given my call to arrange the broken part and fix it on emergency basis but SME Shorab also said that he is not able to find the broken part in the market and part needs to be procured from Hitachi company .
After complaining again and again repeatedly on Urban Company app ( screenshots of all complaints from starting are with me) I got no resolution and spoke to various Executives of Escalation department on Urban company of which I have all the recordings with date and time . I had a word Mr Ishwar Yadav on 7 April 2022 at 11.52 AM & 12.08PM, Miss Sonia on 8 April 2022 at 2.49 PM, 3.39PM & 3.45PM, MIss Shreya on 11 April 2022 at 5.35 & 5.58PM, Miss Sonia on 12 April 2022 at 1.34 PM & 1.43PM, Mr Deepak on 13 April 2022 at 5.30PM, Mr Ishwar Yadav on 15 April 2022 at 11.33 AM & 11.51AM. All of them gave assurance that my problem will be solved by either replacement of the broken part or I will be credited the amount of the part so that I can buy the part on my own if they are not able to arrange the part. After so much mental and physical stress and repeated complaints on the urban company app ( of which I have all records ) I was told that urban company SME is not able to arrange the part and I will have to arrange the part myself . I objected to it because it's the responsibility of the company to replace my broken part under warranty but I got the same answer that I will have arrange the part on my own by paying from my pocket and then the urban company will reimburse the amount to me. On enquiring from Hitachi I was told that the cost of part is Rs 5230 including 18% GST and installation charge will be Rs 500 for one Ac and for both ACs total will be 5230 + 5230 + 500 + 500 = Rs 11460/ .
I would therefore once again for the last time request the company to either arrange the new part or credit me Rs 11460/ so that I can purchase the new part on my own otherwise I will be left with no option but to approach court of law for compensation of the mental & physical harassment that I and my family is facing since 27 March 2022 and of the damage of my AC and also highlight my issue on various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Whatsapp and on social media pages o[censored]rban company and on various print media platforms.
Due to the broken part, both ACs are making lot of noise and we are not able to sleep properly at night due to which we are not able to work properly during day and are developing health issues along with mental stress and one AC is installed in my parents room who are senior citizens of 70+ age and if they develop any health issue due to not having proper sleep then urban company will be held liable.
I once again humbly request the senior management of the urban company to take immediate action to resolve the issue amicably by either arranging the part or by crediting me the above quoted amount so that I can buy the part myself.
