[Resolved]  Urban Company — Rescheduling again and again after confirmation | Ignorant towards customers

I have booked a service on October 12th, 2021 for October 14th, 2021 for 11:30 AM. On October 14th, 2021 around 9:30 AM I got a text message from the company that the professional is suffering from fever and they'll assign a new professional. At 10:30 AM, I checked the Urban Company app and find that it shows that my service is rescheduled for the same time. Then I kept requesting the callback from Urban Company as the beautician still was not assigned and it's been 12:32 PM now. The beautician is still not assigned and Urban Company rescheduled the services for the later for the same day. I accepted that as I didn't have any option. But now they are again asking to reschedule it for tomorrow as they say there's no one available to provide the service. This is the 4th or 5th time this year as I booked around the 4th or 5th time this year. Every time they do the same and say that this will not be repeated and again they do the same thing every time. This shows the ignorant behavior o[censored]rban Company towards their customers. This is highly unacceptable. When I asked to talk to the seniors they say they are busy. I asked for compensation, they denied that also. Basically what I understand from this whole situation is that Urban Company is harassing their customers and making fool of them. Every time this company wastes my precious time. And they get away with it. I want justice. Their app also doesn't work properly. There's no time to time update. You have to go to the app to check for updates. Urban company doesn't care for their customer's time and emotions.
