Firstly, technician from Urban Company didn't inform me that if he repairs my fridge, the company (LG) warranty would be null and void, which is very unprofessional.
Secondly, when he "repaired" my fridge, it broke down in a couple of days. So, I requested a revisit. This time the fridge worked fine for a few weeks then broke again. This entire process happened a couple of more times.
At this time, my fridge is not working, so I called the technician again. He told me blatantly that now I have to take it up with LG, as he is not able to repair it.
So, I called up LG, and a technician from LG visited. He looked at the fridge and said that whoever tried to "repair" it simply ruined the internal circuitry and damaged everything. And now I am not covered with a 10 year compressor and smart inverter warranty because o[censored]rban Company technicians, and have a dysfunctional fridge that Urban Company couldn't repair.
I need Urban Company to either repair my fridge within the next 48 hours, or buy me a new fridge, or I will take this up to the consumer court for malpractice and neglect. Also, there are no customer care numbers, which is shady! Was this information helpful? |
