[Resolved] Urban Company — Schedule changed without my knowledge

I blocked my slot for today (21st Jan 2021 ), they changed without my knowledge for tomorrow(22nd Jan 2021). I have some problems to make it on specific day. Don't consider user concerns?

I want the explanation why it is not happened without user approval.
