Urban Company — simply the worst service by team urbanclap!

Few days back i booked a service of my scooty repair. Firstly the unprofessional behaviour by their vendor for calling me and asking me to come on a different time slot. After i complained on urbanclap customer care, they came on time slot i choosed to. The mechanic took my vehicle and he called me up after a day informing me about the condition and major issues with it. Despite of knowing that just by charging the battery the vehicle will only run for a day or 2. He advised me to just charge battery and did minor repair and charged me bloody rs. 560/-. And, when i said that i will pay by urbanclap online pay (I choosed to pay online while booking a service) he forced me alot to pay by paytm wallet or cash. And, handed over a duplicate manual hand written invoice.
That day vehicle was working fine. Very next day it stopped while i was going to market. I left it then n there and came back home by cab (Costed me rs.50). Then i complained on urbanclap customer care. They said the mechanic will visit the same day. Guess what? They came after 2 days. My vehicle was parked at an unknown location because i could not lift it till my home. It wasnt starting at all. Then upon comming after 2 days, the mechanic called me after checking the vehicle that it has very major issues and will cost around 2 to 3000. I thought i was looted. When on the first visit they checked they should give me complete information. I was fooled for a day to pay those 560 rs. It is my hard earned money. My vehicle is parked even after paying and not repaired at all. Just the battery was charged.
Now, i just want 1 thing, i need a refund of all my amount including what i payed for my cab. Or else, i will have to go legally through customer forum.
