We hired a professional accounts teacher as home tutor whom the whole amount was paid in advance. Out of the 18 classes that was promised only 6 has been taken. No response from neither the faculty nor the company itself despite a complaint being registered at their own app. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Also I'm from Chennai and this is regarding the chennai branch o[censored]rban company. Also i would like to add that despite numerous number of calls from different number there has been no response from the faculty. It's been almost a month but still the company hasn't responded to the complaint filed in their own app.
