This is with regard to a booking for geyser repair about 2 weeks back on April 25, 2022. The technician initially took away the complete geyser unit citing some repairs/part replacements, adding that he'll fix it within a day. However, it has been almost 15 days and he has not turned up. Nor has he been responding to calls. I've raised the issue in the help section repeatedly and I'm being told by the UC support everyday that he's on his way and will complete the service within the next 2 hours (same response every single day), but he never shows up and is simply fooling around. It's extremely unprofessional on part o[censored]C to have such technicians in their team, who have neither any value for customers' time, nor the courtesy to pick up calls/update their customers. I urge stern action to be taken against the concerned person and/or refund of the amount for my geyser and the bad service (as he seems to have run away with the unit). In the absence of a swift resolution, I'll be forced to escalate the matter further.
