I ordered Urban Company Painting Services. They have a policy of paying 35 percent advance. Please don't fall prey to it. They smiled and laughed and promised everything till they received their advance and then... They vanished. No executive ever picks up calls. There customer service repeats the same thing again and again. Work hasn't even started yet. If that's not enough, they had the audacity to ask me to pay the rest of 65 percent for starting the work.
