Urban Company professional took my TV for display issue on 17 Feb and never came back on the status. After 5 days I followed it up with him and he sai he will deliver next day.
However to my surprise he didn't deliver and again I followed it up on the next day then he said the TV Mother boad had issue and it is not working. I was shocked to hear that. He neither promptly updated the status to me nor rectified the issue.
So I asked him to return the TV without any repair. But still today he did not return. I contacted Urban Company several times and there was no response. I sent a mail to them for that also no proper response. I am not sure what to do. Was this information helpful? |
