We have booked a tv repair through Urban company, a technician came on and took away the tv and return the same on the third day and charged us Rs. 5290 as repair cost on 18th May, 2023.
We called him again on 9th June, 2023 and told him that the problem persist, he said please close the complaint on urban company I will come and rectify. He closed the complaint without repairing the TV.
Being under 6 months warranty, we have raised the request again on 8th July, 23 on Urban Company app to resolve the same issue. Now, the new technician visited on 9th June, 23 and mentioned that they have to check the default again and have to make payment again for repair. We have tried to reach out to Urban Company Customer care but the help section on Urban Company app not even arranged call and mentioned that we have to pay again for the same default.
We have call recording as well with the earlier technician where he confirmed on call that default was same and he'll connect with Urban Company or come to repair the TV but no action from Urban Company side.
This is very pathetic and unprofessional behavior from Urban Company side with their customers.
