Urban Company — Two days back to back service didn't deliver

I have booked for home cleaning, yesterday the guy didn't come .we were waiting for more than 3 hours there as their team said that they are looking into matter next they told that they can arrange for rescheduling.Next day again slot passed but it is still showing job has not been assigned. what a nightmare you have given us for two days.it was very urgent for us.Next time we will never book anything from your app.
