[Resolved]  Urban Company — Unable to raise claim for my insurance

I had raised request regarding my window ac repair and urban company professional came and diagnosed the problem with compressor and told it needs to be replaced but didn't do himself as he said he has not received payment from urban company for past month yet.He even sent images of ac and compressor to company and video called his senior but 2 days later that is yesterday a new professional came and asked me to talk on phone with urban company person Mr Hemant and Hemant told me that the ac hasn't been checked yet and will be checked again. So i asked him why to check again when its already diagnosed but he kept saying it hasn't been checked though it was already checked by urban company professional. And since that call the AMC plan is not reflecting in my app and the booking is also not showing on the app.Kindly get my problem resolved as soon as possible. Please take strict action against this person Hemant from AMC department because he is rude and lying all the time and has deleted the AMC INSURANCE plan from my urban company account.
