I I had requested Urban company for repair of my 1.5 Tons split a/c which was not cooling properly. On 03.05.2022, your representative Mr. Hussain visited my residence, after initial inspection they made an estimate for repair and filling of gas, which was transferred to your account. Mr. Hussain informed me that in case of any problem, & he shared his Mob No. as [protected].
On switching A/c next time, the same was found not cooling, I informed Mr. Hussain, who visited and after checking told me there is leakage in condenser coils, which can not be repaired and needs replacement. I trusted him and he gave me an estimate of Rs. 4100/-. When, I wanted to transfer the amount, he apprised me that he has to buy the condenser coils from market & if I transfer, it will take 4-5 days for procurement, so I should pay cash as it is one of the options of payment. I agreed & made the payment, Mr. Hussain along with his assistant, brought the coil & fixed the same. It was observed on the following day that the cover of the condenser coil was lying in one corner & one panel was missing. Mr. Hussain was informed, who promised to come 7 rectify the same.
Since 18.05.2022, the assignment has not been completed inspite of repeated requests & reminders. Since 26.05.2022, the phone is been barred, forcing me to make the complaint within the warranty period of 30 days from the Job undertake.
