I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the repair of my MacBook Air, which was submitted on 1st November to Urban Company.
Regrettably, after 18 days of waiting, I have discovered that the assigned engineer not only damaged the motherboard and PCB board during the repair process but is also unresponsive to my attempts to contact them.
The laptop originally had no issues, except occasional difficulty turning on from sleep mode. During a previous service with Urban, the technician resolved the problem by unplugging and plugging in the battery. However, the issue resurfaced, leading me to book another service on 1st November.
Now, after almost 18 days, the engineer claims that the damage occurred during the repair process and has since become unreachable. This situation is severely impacting my day-to-day business operations.
I kindly request immediate reimbursement for the damages caused and the provision of a new MacBook. I urge you to address this matter urgently, as tomorrow would be an ideal timeline for resolution.
