I purchased wardrobe from ikea and based on their suggestion logged a request with urban clap for installing the wardrobe. The engineer visited and assembled the wardrobe however he has not done his job properly and said that product is faulty and took the installation charges... Its been 10 days and both ikea and urban clap call center people are saying that they will fix the issue but there has been no concrete solution... They are just worried to sell product but there is no effort on customer service... Being such a reputed company's i expected much better service and support i can be reached at[protected]...
