Urban Company — Warranty claim not given fraudulently

I availed AC repair service from Urban Company and rhe AC indoor unit was repaired on 11th August due to cooling problem reported by me to the service engineer. The service comes with a 90 days warranty. However, after 1 month the AC stopped cooling again. I claimed warranty. A service engineer visited. He said he does not have nitrogen gauge to repair the AC, hence a new technician would visit. Before leaving he marked the job as completed. After this no warranty claim can be made from the app. So in short, the warranty claim revisit was just to visit my place and the AC cooling issue was not even addressed. After that they are insisting me to raise fresh request for repair and pay for this. Once disagreed, they themselves requested repair for me and technicians were alloted. When technician called, they again said that they do not have the required apparatus. Also they said I have to pay if they visit as that can be seen in the app as well. Just imagine how fraudulently they bypassed the warranty revisit and now insisting me to raise a fresh booking. And rhe customer service is not pocking up the call and an automated response is coming as due to covid they can not answer. How stupid reason is this! Please help me against this money making machines who is looting the customers.

They called twice till today morning and asking me to contact brand service center to replace the cooling coil. They are not at all uttering a single word about the warranty of service they provide. When asked about if they are going to reimburse the cooling coil price replaced by the brand, they said that they will see the quotation and then they will revert back to me. When giving advertisements they are proudly saying we offer 90 days of warranty with upto 10000 Rs of damage claim. But in reality, when actually the warranty is claimed they are evading and beating around the bush. It has been 5 days since the first revisit of the technician and neither my AC has been fixed nor the compensation is given. Every day a new representative calls and asks me about the complaint! as if they will learn something new by asking multiple times. They have got all the information and they only confirmed this fact upon asking back why I have to tell the story in detail from initial day. Worst customer service along with worst service experience.

Update: a new technician visited my place to investigate the AC cooling issue. As per his reports, the AC cooling coil in the indoor unit has been damaged so badly that even if it is repaired it can not be guaranteed to work more than 15 days or so. In short, the cooling coil can not be repaired. As per the last service engineer the repair should have lasted for at least an year without any issues. it has lasted for a month. And if the condition of the cooling coil was so bad like now, then why he should take the risk for repairing it and verbally assure that it would last for an year at least! This clearly means damage has been done during the repair of the cooling coil last time.

Responses from customer support:
1. we will investigate the issue and get back to you.
2. a service engineer will visit and resolve the issue.
3. we will refund you and the refund will be reflecting within 5-7 days. (on countering about the refund amount) the refund amount is Rs 299 which is the cost of visit of technician.
4. You can replace the cooling coil from the brand service centers.
5. We will get back to you.

They are completely ignoring the warranty of 90 days, the damage claims of 10000 rs as per their own TnC, the cost incurred during my last repair for refund. Even they are advising me to replace the cooling coil from the brand as well. They have no shame in telling me this as well! THis is an option as per their customer support representative.

I got a call last time today and had the above discussion about refund. After that they assured they will call back which is still on the way to me!
I have taken Urban company warranty for my AC, now there is problem with my AC, I am unable to find any details or opinions to register the service for warranty.
