I availed AC repair service from Urban Company and rhe AC indoor unit was repaired on 11th August due to cooling problem reported by me to the service engineer. The service comes with a 90 days warranty. However, after 1 month the AC stopped cooling again. I claimed warranty. A service engineer visited. He said he does not have nitrogen gauge to repair the AC, hence a new technician would visit. Before leaving he marked the job as completed. After this no warranty claim can be made from the app. So in short, the warranty claim revisit was just to visit my place and the AC cooling issue was not even addressed. After that they are insisting me to raise fresh request for repair and pay for this. Once disagreed, they themselves requested repair for me and technicians were alloted. When technician called, they again said that they do not have the required apparatus. Also they said I have to pay if they visit as that can be seen in the app as well. Just imagine how fraudulently they bypassed the warranty revisit and now insisting me to raise a fresh booking. And rhe customer service is not pocking up the call and an automated response is coming as due to covid they can not answer. How stupid reason is this! 3. we will refund you and the refund will be reflecting within 5-7 days. (on countering about the refund amount) the refund amount is Rs 299 which is the cost of visit of technician.
4. You can replace the cooling coil from the brand service centers.

They are completely ignoring the warranty of 90 days, the damage claims of 10000 rs as per their own TnC, the cost incurred during my last repair for refund. Even they are advising me to replace the cooling coil from the brand as well. They have no shame in telling me this as well! THis is an option as per their customer support representative.
I got a call last time today and had the above discussion about refund. After that they assured they will call back which is still on the way to me!
