Urban Company — Washing Machine

I Karthika Mandadi contact no=[protected] booked a service regarding washing machine in urban company app and company has sent the authorised technician for repair .concerned person came and took the "machine part out and said" he will resolve the issue within two days but it has been almost one month now still he has not repaired and he has taken the machine part and that person is not answering any calls and msgs .
This has made me a lot of inconvenience. The company should resolve the issue within two days otherwise we file a case in this matter.
